Monthly Block Lottery 2007 - 2008 All blocks this year are to be made in red, white, and blue fabrics. Instead of the drawing winner taking home the blocks, they will be given to the Hearts and Hands committee, who will put them together and send the finished tops to the Quilts of Valor Foundation. Alternate prizes will be found for the drawing winners. Block construction instructions for the Block Lottery can be found at Quilter's Cache. Sizes given always refer to unfinished dimensions.
