Hearts and Hands Programs Events and Opportunities run by Guild members for Charitable Community Outreach. 
Beginning Quilting: Jill Wisniewski (members only)
Classes offered as a quilting refresher or for beginners.
Comfort Covers: Marge Reeder 
Group meets 3 times per year (April, July, and October) to provide 36”x36”, lap, or quilts up to twin size for hospitals and organizations in Centre and neighboring counties. 
Operation Shoebox: Claire Amick 
Group makes “ditty bags” for USA soldiers that will eventually be filled with toiletries and other needs as well as making donated crocheted or knitted skull caps for wear under uniform helmets. Patterns/instructions are located on the Guild website.

Pillowcases for CHOP: Polly Miller
Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia is the recipient of pillowcases made by the group. Workshops are announced via the Guild newsletter. 
Toys for Tots: Jill Wisniewski / Debbie Barrick 
Doll, stuffed animal, and crib sized quilts are made for the Toys for Tots drive prior to December. Workshops and collection dates to be announced via the Guild newsletter.
