Box 657 Boalsburg, PA 16827, ATTN: Treasurer. You will note that for this Guild year there is a sliding scale for your dues in accordance with the online survey.
Since there will not be a new publication of our membership directory, please indicate on the form any changes in address, phone, etc. Changes will be listed in our newsletter so you can make the changes to your current copy of the directory.
