Not familiar with a shop hop?

The shops in the hop get together and pick a fabric line to feature as the Shop Hop Fabric. Each shop is assigned a block and fabric for their store. Anytime from Sept 1st on, you buy a passport ($8) You will receive the passport, a tote bag, and a block kit. Inside the passport you will find a page from each shop with information on their shop and a coupon for after the hop to come back and shop and receive a discount of the shops choosing. You travel around to all the shops (10) total during the Hop dates October 23rd to November 7th, 2026 and get your passport stamped at each shop. The last shop you go to hand in the back cover of your passport and you are in the drawing for our grand prizes. In addition, the shops may offer door prizes. These are at the discretion of each shop and not required. As you are traveling around to each shop, you may purchase a block kit from each shop. ($8) They are all different blocks, but use the same fabric line. In your passport there is (1) bonus block with directions. If you take the free block, the (10) blocks from the shops and the (1) bonus block, you will have (12) blocks. Each shop will have a quilt or other projects made using all (12) blocks. If you like one of the quilts/projects, most shops will offer a "finishing kit" that will have everything you will need to make your quilt/project just like theirs, except for the blocks because you have to purchase them at each shop. The (1) bonus block inside the passport you are to use your scraps from all your other block kits to make it. However, some shops may offer kits for that block if you wish to purchase a kit. There is no purchase necessary to get your passport stamped. If you decide you don't want to purchase any of the blocks, that is fine, you don't have to buy a block or anything else from the shops to get stamped. Also, if you think you want multiple blocks, you may purchase more than one. Additionally, if you want to up your chances on winning the grand prizes, you may buy as many passports as you want. One other rule with the passports, you must fill the back cover out completely to be stamped and the person named on the passport must be present to get it stamped. If you come with a friend and later on in the hop, she can't make it to a store, you cannot have her passport stamped for her. All the shops have the option of selling yardage from the fabric line, however, not all do. That is up to the individual shops. That is pretty much it! This is a great event. It is amazing that there are 10 stores that are all totally different and they all can come up with 10 different projects.
